The biggest take-aways from today’s episode are:

  1. Pivots and changes are required to build a business in today’s dynamic. Think like a current 7-figure entrepreneur, not like an old 7-figure entrepreneur, because even what worked 5 years ago won’t work as well now. The good news is getting comfortable with change is a decision, and you can decide today to embrace change.
  1. You have to know what you’re talking about to succeed. Gone are the days when you could copy other people’s materials and succeed. People are looking for results, not just promises. Shift your focus from just getting people to join your program to focusing on bringing people across the finish line and completing what they start.
  1. Old audience growth methods no longer work. You’ve got to grow your audience in a way that fosters deep trust with you. Focus on real interactions, live events, and deep coaching.
