We are looking for a team member to serve on our Sales Team.

Who are we looking for?

Experienced coaches who have a proven track-record of running strategy sessions over the phone, to enroll new clients into coaching programs.

You’re confident about your ability to provide value and insight during a strategy conversation – rather than a traditional sales call – to help potential clients take action.

You have an ability to inspire prospects to overcome fears and roadblocks that are currently holding them back, and show them how it’s possible to achieve their goals and dreams.

Awesome! Please keep reading to see if you fulfill the following criteria:

  • You must love talking to people over the phone/over video calls, and have the ability to quickly pivot to coach individuals working in a wide range of niches.
  • You’re motivated, goal-oriented and organized with attention to detail.
  • You’re a quick learner who’s prepared to study my programs in detail to be able to apply our terminology and framework into the enrollment calls and help new clients understand how we can help change their businesses and lives.
  • You can work from anywhere – but need to be available during the US time zones, from 8am to 5pm. Being a remote team, consistent communication is key for our success.
  • You must be interested in a long-term commitment and be willing to work a minimum of 25+ hours a week running enrollment sessions. If you can only do less than that, this position is not a fit.
  • You must be a team-player who loves to provide inspiration, value and positive change to others and truly believe that everyone can, and should, take action to make their dreams come true.
  • Experience in coaching in the business growth, digital marketing and/or virtual events space is a plus.

  • What’s your biggest fear or challenge in sales? (We’re not afraid of your answers and encourage you to approach this one with vulnerability).
