Contrary to what many think – growing your business and increasing your clientele doesn’t require you to market yourself and your business 24/7. Who has time for that?

Oftentimes, coaches will go through marketing courses to learn how to grow their business – and what happens is that they may yield some growth initially, but it’s not a successful strategy for cultivating long-term growth. For someone to say yes to YOUR coaching, it’s a personal and vulnerable process for them. A client saying yes to your coaching is really not just a yes to your coaching – it’s a yes to themselves. So, in order to market to clients from that perspective – general marketing courses just don’t cut it. [2:55]
- “Become obsessed with getting your clients to the finish line of their transformation.”
This. Is. SO. Important. The true celebration doesn’t happen when a client says yes to your coaching, it happens when that client crosses the finish line of true transformation. As a coach, it’s crucial to become obsessed with ensuring your clients cross that finish line and experience real, lasting transformation in their lives. When you run your coaching practice from this foundation – growth will follow. [10:12]
At the end of the day, the growth and success of your coaching business starts with YOU.
YOU have to believe in your coaching business, before you can expect your future clients to.
YOU have to believe you’re capable of the growth you’re aiming for, before you will see it.
I believe in you – and I encourage you to fully step into believing all that you’re capable of within your coaching business this week, because your brain has to believe it before it will see it. Massive growth and success are on the other side of that belief!
