There is so much going on in our lives individually and collectively. We have all found ourselves navigating a new normal and walking by faith. While I don’t know how long this will last, I know one thing for sure:

This too shall pass.

It is through community that we have the opportunity to rise together

How you show up today matters. How you show up in 3 months from now, 6 months from now, years from now will be a reflection of how you choose to show up today.

Your thoughts now are creating your future.

In today’s episode of the Epic Success Podcast, I’m sharing Part 2 of a series from the Rise Together Panel -Top Online Entrepreneurs Speak Out  virtual event that I hosted 2 weeks ago. Nine incredible 7-figure entrepreneurs grounded in their faith shared what they are doing in their businesses, lives, and families to RISE above the current circumstances and thrive.

This week on Part 2 of the series, you will hear from Christina Jandali, Erin Sanderson, and Pat Flynn as each of them break down what’s working, what’s not, and how they are pivoting in their lives and businesses.

We are in this together. We will RISE together. Grab your pen and paper –  here’s Part 2

The biggest take-aways from today’s episode are:

  • “The worst thing you can do right now is stay silent and not share your voice.” Christina Jandali

I love how Christina framed this as being an opportunity to pivot into the conversation, in business and on an individual level. We are pivoting in the marketplace towards connection. If you are leading from a place of service, be fully connected and listening, you will rise into leadership and step into your gifts. [3:29]

  • “Great leaders always think outside the box.” Erin Sanderson

Maybe you got comfortable in your business, but now is the time to innovate. People are looking for leaders, sanity, and stability. As business owners, we are always looking for life-long loyalty. Erin encouraged that when all of this passes, your people are going to remember how you showed up and made them feel. It isn’t going to be because of our service, it will be because of our character. [11:53]

  • “My biggest piece of advice is to be grateful and look at this as an opportunity.” Pat Flynn

Pat Flynn shares how his experience during the 2008 recession fuels his passion to give back and support others during these uncertain times. Practice gratitude, instead of falling into excuses ask “what does this make possible,” become a curator of information, show up for your audience and team consistently, be transparent, and lead by example.  [30:21]

Rise. Pivot. Start.
